An 11 colour reduction linoprint, this image is based on the scene 50 metres from the location of my print, 'R.Wharfe at Addingham'.  On Boxing Day 2015, as a consequence of torrential rain, the river rose 4 metres in just 12 hours. Breaking its banks , it caused wide spread chaos and structural damage along its length; many mature trees were also uprooted and destroyed.
